Low Calorie Low Fat Banana Muffins

I had some very ripe bananas and wanted to make something with them. I went on a search for a low calorie banana muffin. Google is a wonderful thing! This recipe came up and is originally from The stats are awesome as is with only 75 calories and .5 grams of fat per muffin. I went a step further and used Splenda instead of sugar and did half whole wheat flour half white flour. With those two changes it makes each muffin 64 calories (according to They turned out yummy and moist. Even my 6 year old liked them!
