Studio J Express Collections - GIVEAWAY!

I LOVE the layout they show in the new Express collections!  I love it so much I had to share!  I love the stars and how they used the stitching (A Year In Review Layout 10).  I think I'm going to have to go create a layout using it right now!  Which layout is your favorite?  Leave a comment with your name and the title of your favorite layout.  I will choose one lucky person to win a free Studio J layout!  Winner will be chosen October 6th!  Go HERE to browse the different layouts.

Super Hero Card

I've been MIA in blogland lately.  I have been getting ready for a boutique I'm participating in next month.  I've been so busy crafting, I haven't had the time to take pictures and post some of those creations.  Sorry about that.

Here is one of the cards I made for the boutique.  I had leftover Super Hero paper and badges.  I thought they would make a perfect card for any little or big boy for any occasion really.  They are simple, but "super" fun!

My August Swap Card

This is the card I made for our August card swap.  Yes, I went a little crazy making diapers, but with the new Cricut Artiste cartridge it was so easy!

What I used:
Cricut Artiste
White Cardstock
Baby Pink Cardstock
Sweet Leaf Cardstock
Heavenly Blue Cardstock
Buttercup Cardstock
Stamp Set from the WOTG Spellbound

How I did it:
I set my Cricut for the diaper to: 3 1/2" Card Shift V (pg.64)
For the insert I set my Cricut to:  3 1/2" Card V (pg.64)

*This will give you 2 diapers and 2 inserts per piece of cardstock*

I then used the pattern stamp out of the WOTG Spellbound kit to stamp the pattern on the diapers using the coordinating ink before I folded them.
