On Saturday I had the opportunity to go to CTMH's Leader Share event. It was like a mini convention. It was fun to hang out with other CTMH consultants. This is the event I was asked to make all the M&M favors for. One of my favorite corporate people were there, Christine (VP of sales) and I got a glimpse of how cool Studio J (digital scrapbooking) is. We were able to make some great projects. I learned how to use one of our newest products, Flip Flaps. I can't wait to make a workshop with them. If you would like the opportunity to come to these exclusive CTMH consultant events, join my team! Call, email me or go HERE for more info.

More Christmas Gifts and Crafts
I've been very busy lately. Here are a few more projects I've completed for the boutique I'm doing in November. Mark the 13th & 16th on you calendar, you're not going to want to miss it. We have 18 vendors coming with a large variety of items. You can check out all the info on the boutique blog http://www.foxboronorthboutique.blogspot.com/.
For those that are not able to attend the boutique or would like to make their own, I'll be having a craft night featuring some of these items. I'm thinking the end of November, first of December. Stay tuned for a date.

Bacon Cheeseburger Patty
This recipe I got in an email from hungrygirl.com. I was worried my family wouldn't like them because of the laughing cow cheese, but I was wrong! These were yummy and a nice twist to the good ol' hamburger. Sorry no pic, but I figured we all know what a hamburger looks like.
Bacon Cheeseburger Patty
Ingredients:
4 oz. raw extra-lean ground beef
1 tbsp. precooked real crumbled bacon (like the kind by Oscar Mayer)
1 wedge The Laughing Cow Light cheese (any flavor)
Optional: salt and black pepper
Directions:
Season beef with salt and pepper, if you like. Combine beef with bacon and knead to evenly distribute bacon. Form into a ball and, using your thumb, make a large, hollow indentation in the ball (past the center but not all the way through). Fill the hole with cheese and squeeze the meat to seal, making sure no cheese is exposed. Flatten slightly into a thick patty.
Bring a skillet or grill pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat on the stove. Place patty in the skillet/pan, cover, and cook for 4 - 7 minutes per side, depending on how well-done you like your burger. (Don't press on the patty with your spatula -- your patty might ooze cheese!)
PER SERVING (1 patty): 205 calories, 8.5g fat, 455mg sodium, 1g carbs, 0g fiber, 1g sugars, 27g protein -- POINTS® value 5*
