Card Creation Station - August 2015

You asked for it, and I listened!  I am excited to add a new element to our Craft Nights called Card Creation Station!  I will have 3 or more card designs you can create each month. The cost is $2 per card or $5 for 3. I will have new designs each month!

That cute cone is from the new Artistry Cricut Cartridge. The paper is retired. The stamp set is from the sets that come with the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. The sprinkles are Flamingo Dots.

Zoe - August Craft Night

Close To My Heart released a new kit early!  It is called Zoe and it is so cute!  We will be playing with it this month at our craft night.  Craft night will be Thursday August 13th OR Friday August 14th at my house in North Salt Lake @ 7 PM.  You can choose from three options:  Scrapbook layout only, Cards only, or both!  See pricing below.

Studio J Flash Sale!

This one I have to tell you a little bit about.  I loved that the colors matched the Frozen theme, but I wanted to add a little bit more sparkle.  Once these arrived in the mail I went to my craft stash and grabbed my bitty sparkles.  I added a few to the blue bursts.  Added just the right amount of sparkle!

Roommate Gifts - CTMH Convention 2015!

One of our convention traditions is to give your roommate a gift.  This year I wanted to give my roommates something they could use at convention and afterwards.  I scoured the internet and found these blankets on Target.com.  I of course couldn't leave them as is.  

I thought a luggage tag would be cute and useful.  I checked out etsy, and decided I could make my own!  I found these blank luggage tags and Mickey paper on Amazon.  I cut their names using our  Lagoon Cardstock the Artiste Cricut Cartridge.  I decided to use that cartridge because it was already in my machine, fast and easy!

 I couldn't stop there.  I had a few friends who were not in my room and I wanted to give them a little something.  I made them a luggage tag and then attached it to a Mickey Pez dispenser I found at Smith's Market Place

 These card holders were just a bonus because they are so handy when you are on vacation!  You can fit your credit card, id, room key, park tickets and cash.  It is so great to have when you are at Disneyland because you can slip it in your pocket instead of having to carry around a purse.  An added bonus is it keeps all your items dry on water rides!
