I found a yummy trail mix at the store that included dried fruit instead of the M&M's you would normally find in a mix. I found it to be pretty expensive for just a small bag, so I set out to create my own version. I was surprised to find that I could purchase all the ingredients I needed at my local Walmart.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhB_u0VdyR7IrUth8sdUq-fUPMlVW0USdxCl6rGCsvz3I4MJQ3DHTxuVo7T0i2IMNZheevgM5k-9X4LdERE5_93c8A4mnoQR1mKmzl_SATYNstqj3P5MVm8d0NI5M64TNZfkZQ6gKpEtMUn/s280/fruitnnuts.JPG)
On can of mixed nuts (I like variety, but you could use any nuts you like)One bag of banana chips
One bag of dried pineapple (the pieces were big, so I cut them into smaller bites)
raisins
Mix in a large baggie and enjoy! Warning! It is addictive!
Side note: Next time I think I'll try non salted nuts. It's good, but a little salty for my taste.
I tried this and added dried apricots. It was delicious! Thanks for sharing.
