Since Smore weather is almost over here in Utah I thought I'd better post this. My Aunt Joan shared this idea with our family many, many years ago. We've been making smore's like this ever since.Smore's
2 fudge striped cookies
1 large marshmellow
Roast marshmellow over a fire. Take the two cookies and smoosh the warm gooey marshmellow between them. Enjoy.
You can also make these in the microwave. Place marshmellow in microwave. Heat for a few seconds. Remove from microwave and smoosh between two striped cookies.
